Dr. Salome Lomlomdjian - DDS

Dr. Maria Salome Lomlomdjian is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Salome graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in Argentina (University of  Buenos Aires), Brazil (Sao Paulo State University), and Canada (The National Dental Examining Board of Canada). She specializes in laser dentistry (University of Sao Paulo), and has earned further fellowship/specialization in hospital dentistry at Darcy Vargas Children’s General Hospital.

Dr. Salome treats patients from the age of 1 to 100 and has an extensive background in General Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, Special Care Dentistry (Special Health Care Needs, Senior Care and Anxiety), Hospital Dentistry, Palliative Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, General Anesthesia, Sedation, Prosthodontics, Laser Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, Periodontics, Endodontics, Invisalign and Clear Aligners.

Since a young age, she has been doing volunteer work around the world, working with children in different countries, cultures, and languages. Even speaking five languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and Armenian), she believes our body language, charisma, inner peace, and the energy we exude, speaks more than any language.

Since 2005, Dr. Salome has been involved with the Special Olympics Games. In 2021, she became a Clinical Director of Special Olympics Ontario (Special Smiles Program) and In Path Dental became a Partner in Health of Special Olympics Ontario, helping athletes to improve their oral health.

She regularly works in multidisciplinary groups with psychologists, physicians, nutritionists, and diverse therapists (physiotherapists, occupational therapists and oral pathology therapists), and she also conducts oral health seminars for children and parents on a regular basis.

Dr. Salome has been delivering friendly, integrative, comprehensive, and high-tech dental care to her patients. You will quickly notice that Dr. Salome radiates passion, sincerity, and empathy. She understands what it is like to be anxious about seeing a dentist, and she ensures every person who walks through the door feels at ease and comfortable before and during treatment.

She is committed to advancing continuing education, and continuously pursues more knowledge by attending lectures throughout Canada and abroad, where she focuses her studies on Special Health Care Needs Dentistry, Pediatrics, and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Salome’s joy is her two sons, her husband, and “Cashew”, her Golden Retriever. During her spare time, she enjoys travelling, arts, crafting, baking, meditation, and yoga. Dr. Salome found the perfect balance of her passions for medicine, arts, and design through her profession. She feels there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the impact her care has had on the lives of her patients.
